Recently, over 60 attendees joined Vantage Point Retirement Living and The Lodge at Truitt Homestead to learn about their Rehoboth, DE community. This wellness event was to give residents the opportunity to discuss the exclusive collaboration with Beebe Healthcare as a part of The Lodge’s Wellness adVantage program.

Attendees voiced how difficult it is to find primary care in Delaware – sometimes taking six months or more. In addition, future Lodge residents expressed how hard it is to coordinate care…whether needing care coordination for emergency or elective health needs, knowing who to go to and when and all the coordination and follow up that comes with it is confusing, time consuming, and exhausting.
We all understand our growing region is hungry for more providers, more convenient access, and a better approach to senior care. With Beebe Healthcare’s help, The Lodge at Truitt Homestead’s Wellness adVantage program will seek to address and solve these critical issues.
As Vantage Point gets ready to open The Lodge in a few short months, getting the message across about the groundbreaking services located inside The Lodge is more important than ever. Some highlights of services Beebe will provide inside The Lodge to combat the growing epidemic of healthcare professional shortages:
- A dedicated Wellness Suite with Physician offices for Primary Care
- A Wellness Coordinator to assist with all healthcare coordination needs – including post-acute care
- Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies right inside The Lodge
- Complimentary wellness consultations
- Access to a variety of medical and non-medical home services
- Health and wellness education
The Beebe team also shared their New Primary Care Patient Access Line with attendees for assistance locating and scheduling with a primary care doctor. That access line is 302-645-3332.
